Vinyl Acetate Ethylene (VAE) copolymers are water dependent emulsions, which provide appreciable performance advantages above PVA homopolymers as a result of the ability to alter their glass changeover temperature (Tg°C) through the incorporation of ethylene monomer. As ethylene written content will increase, glass transition temperature decreases
